Refunds will not be given for:

• Mistakes made when placing your order
• Changes of mind

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us directly on 01923 855355 and provide the details of your order. Our team will review your complaint carefully. Please note that making a complaint does not automatically guarantee a refund.

In some cases, we may offer alternatives to monetary refunds, such as substitutes on goods. By ordering with Aroma Takeaway, whether online or by phone, you acknowledge and accept that we may provide a fair substitute instead of a full monetary refund.
